Our company’s vision is to provide construction services that are delivered with integrity and continually meet the highest standards. This vision inspired (Joseph) Paul Lacasse to establish JPL Construction Services Inc. in 1996, and a second business in 2010 specializing in disaster restoration, a Rainbow International Restoration franchise operating locally as Rainbow International of Ottawa Central. A need to streamline services and systems for our clients lead to the decision to amalgamate all services under a single banner and as a result we became operating as Lacasse Building Solutions in 2021. What started out as a small construction company has grown steadily into a one-stop shop building solutions provider through its respected reputation, word-of-mouth advertising, and strong commitment to client and subcontractor relationships.
