This new housing build consisted of site clearing in a sloped property on a hillside and required controlled blasting of the bedrock. This modern and intricate build was a structure with a slab on grade which included heated floors. Insulated concrete form structure and steel framing was used for the footings and exterior walls and wood framing for the interior and roofing structure. With a total of 2,400 square feet, this modern style housing with an abundance of natural light while overlooking the neighbouring valley from the front oversized windows.
